Longevity Summaries is a curated newsletter focused on exercise, nutrition, and healthy aging. With so much longevity information available online, from research studies to podcasts and expert discussions, it can be difficult to know where to start. This newsletter/blog is an evolving collection of what I’m working on, what’s inspiring me, and the occasional deep dive into topics that catch my interest.
This newsletter helps by identifying interesting and emerging ideas in longevity science, summarizing the key insights, and linking directly to the sources for further exploration.
Longevity Summaries is designed to save readers time by bringing valuable information together in one place. It begins as a free resource for anyone interested in staying strong, active, and informed about healthy aging, with the potential to introduce a premium version as the audience grows.
